the same old crash diet and exercise routines over and over when the long

Robyn Spurr, BS, CPTI am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle and Weight Management Coach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Rutgers University in my home state of New Jersey. I have been studying Nutritional Sciences for over 15 years and have been a small business owner in the health and wellness industry since 2003.Credentials are nice, but what truly makes me qualified is having gone through my own personal weight loss journey, my passion for nutrition and wellness, my dedication to helping women get healthy and my commitment to lifelong education.My own struggle with obesity as a teenager and young adult has provided me with the unique experience of understanding what many of my clients are facing.
